In-Home Consultation
We visit your home to chat about your project at no cost to you. We will talk about your goals, preferences, and priorities. Share with us images you either love or hate to get an idea of your style!

Design Phase
After we receive the design retainer, we work on a concept for your space. We will review and personalize every detail together using a real-time 3D concept to make it much easier for you to make decisions now instead of the construction phase!

Product Selection
We visit local showrooms to select the finishes & products for your project. We will generate a material schedule that we will share with the contractor to minimize surprises or change orders.

Project Bid
The contractor will provide you a bid for the labor after received the Design Package & Material Schedule.
Along with our material quote, you will get a complete bid for your project!

Project Execution
A tentative project start date will be set based on the product lead time to avoid starting too early and minimize the down time in your space. During the construction phase, we will assist you and the contractor with design details.
